This Privacy Policy explains how MyTAssist ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website and services (IT, telecom, cloud, AI, data, development, and training).

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Contact & business information you provide (e.g. name, email, company, role) when you enquire or engage us.
Engagement information — project requirements, communications, and materials you share for delivery.
Client project data we process on your behalf under an engagement (as a processor), governed by the applicable agreement.
Website usage data such as pages visited and general analytics, where enabled.

3. How we use information

To respond to enquiries and provide, manage and improve our services.
To perform contracts and statements of work, and to communicate about engagements.
To meet legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract, legitimate interests (operating and improving our business), consent (where required), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us deliver — including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data-services collaborators such as QBS Data — bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Client project data is retained and returned/deleted per the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege practices — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact sales@mytassist.com. For data we process on behalf of a client, please contact that client (the data controller).
